How do I receive rental income?

If you are logged in to the Closin app, your account dashboard will show all rental income that you have accrued in USDC, which is a cryptocurrency pegged to the US dollar. Each day at midnight PST, you will receive a notification in your account indicating the amount of rental income you have accrued that day for each property that you own. You can cash out your accrued rental income for any or all of your properties at any time directly to your wallet (the wallet that is connected to the Closin app when you are logged in), as long as you have accrued the minimum amount required for withdrawal.
