How do I invest in a property?

1. Connect Your Wallet

Connect your crypto wallet to the Closin app. A crypto wallet is an application or hardware device that allows individuals to store and retrieve digital items such as cryptocurrency and NFTs. We currently support MetaMask and Coinbase wallet. If you've never used a crypto wallet before, you can view this Metamask guide.

2. Verify Your Identity

If this is your first investment on the Closin platform, you will need to verify your identity first. We use Berbix for the identity verification process, and you will need to submit a few basic details about yourself and a photo ID. Once you are verified, you are able to invest in any property offered in our marketplace.

3. Browse the Marketplace and Invest

You can browse through available properties in our marketplace. You can view the property details and financial information provided for each property to help you make an informed investment decision. Once you have selected a property you want to invest in and decided on your desired investment amount, you can purchase unique NFTs (non-fungible tokens) representing your ownership amount in that property.
