How are properties chosen to be offered for investment?

Our founders have many years of experience with real estate investments, and in particular rental income producing properties. Although we do not make any specific endorsements for the properties offered in our marketplace, we do our due diligence on each property prior to offering them for investment.
At this moment, all properties offered in the marketplace are single-family residences, with the intention that they will be rented to tenants and will generate rental income.
